KARPOORA VALLI PAJI
Ingredients:
Karpooravalli leaves-10
Kadali mavu-50 gm
Manjal powder-2 pinch
Gingely oil 250 ml
Raw Sea Salt-sufficient quantity
Method of preparation:
Make a paste with kadalai mavu with sufficient quantity of water, salt and manjal powder.
Soak the cleaned Karpooravalli leaf with the mavu and fry it with gingeli oil.
Medicinal uses;
During rainy season— by consuming twice weekly, it immunize the children's against cold .
It is also used for cough, throat infection and sneezing.
